On occasion, you may forget login password. Then you may click the Forgot Password? and receive instructions on how to reset their password.
However,you must have a backup email address to be able use for send your the new password.
To setup a backup email address, follow these instructions:
- Log into SmarterMail.
- Click the settings icon.
- Click Account Settings in the navigation pane.
- Click the User tab.
- In the Backup Email Address field, type the address you would like to use as a backup in case you forget your password.
- Click Save.
