E-mail Forwarding Policy used to safeguard shared environment e-mail hosting server from e-mail blocking, greylisting, blacklisting from well known e-mail service provider. Email Forwarding typically refer to operation of re-sending an email message delivered to your mailbox to one or more email address that you establish from your webmail on both of our Windows and Linux Shared environment/Reseller hosting solutions. Likewise, you ARE enable to onward the e-mail by hand stay utilizing e-mail forwarding from your webmail to the following E-mail Provider.

Automatic Email forwarding to the following Service Providers will no longer be permitted for domains that reside on Our Network.

In order to make sure deliverability of e-mail sent by our clients to accounts at the above noted domain names, we are forced to block all e-mail forwarding to these domain names. Currently, all these domains have very rigorous anti-spam filtering policies in place. If one of our clients configures their e-mail account hosted with us to forward to their personal mailbox with one of the known service providers and the service provider finds that message as spam, they think that we are the source of the spam. As a result, our mail hosting server gets blacklisted, even though we are exempt for this spam.

Even though we are not responsible for this spam, these service provider have actually consistently been blacklisting our mail web servers, inducing legitimate e-mail to be blocked. Please eliminate the forwarding and convert them to POP3 accounts if you or your consumers have forwarders set up to one of the above service carriers.

Likewise, please note that this choice just influences forwarders. You will still have the ability to send out e-mail or forward email manually to the above email provider. In fact, this change will actually make mail delivery to these provider much more dependable, considering that they will not be consistently blacklisting our web servers.
