To install your live chat software, please follow the instruction as below:

Embed the live chat code on your website.
Download live chat software and install on your PC. ( you must register to access the download page )

To start config your live chat software as below:
Login to you live chat software from your PC.
Select Configuration => Options ( alert setting when visitor detected & auto start when windows start setting )
Select Configuration => Settings ( update your photo which will show live chat software )
Select Administration => Operator ( you may add operator, permission, password here - if you have more seat )
Select Administration => Chatboxs => Edit ( tick - show floating button & show floating button when offline, add online and offline image on floating button, fill in leave a message email )
Done, uou are ready to use the live chat.
