Whitelist an email address in linux shared hosting

An incomming email is showing as spam in my mail box, i would like to mark as no spam.

you may reply the email to the sender, then the mail address will be automatically put in whitelist.

you may send the mail to assp-white@yourdomainname.com and add the email myclient@myclient.com in the body section of the email, then your mail will be put in whitelist.
