Does first web send reminder before proceed to suspend my account?




First Web will suspend overdue account after 3 reminder was sent.

  1. First reminder will automatically sent out after 1 renewal date if no payment received.
  2. Second reminder will automatically sent out after 3 renewal date if no payment received.
  3. Third reminder will automatically sent out after 10 renewal date if no payment received.
  4. Account will be suspended if no payment is received in 48 hours.
  5. To reactivate your account back to normal, a late fee will be charge.

Notes:  Any account failed to reactive within 20 days will be deleted.
