How to change the ecommerce hosting admin password?

To change other admin user password from admin panel:

 

1. login to admin area
2. select manage admins tab => click browse administrators
3. find the admin name you would like to edit and click the edit account icon on the right side
4. enter the new password to the password and password confirmation textbox
5. click save change button

To change your user password from admin panel:

 

1. login to admin area
2. select manage admins tab => click update your profile
3. enter the new password to the password and password confirmation textbox
4. click save change button

To change other admin user password from cpanel with phpmyadmin: (if you are unable to access to admin area)

 

1. login to cpanel
2. click phpmyadmin
3. find and click the admins table
4. click edit link for user would like to update the password
5. change the password in password field and select MD5 in function dropdown list
6. scroll to the bottom, make sure save is selected in dropdown list click the click go button
